New Work for Fired Gitmo Policy Advisors and Suspended Guards
 
Ever wonder where the fired private Gitmo guards and Bush terrorist advisers found new work?  Wonder no more.  They were hired to establish behavior modification programs and policies for New Orleans school districts.   

According to several accounts the Sarah T. Reed Elementary School and School District policy is to routinely handcuffed and shackled first graders on up.

Forgot to add that Pre-School chain gangs may have been an earlier consideration.
